As I said the last time, I will start writing points of how to study Japanese by watching anime.
Of course, It takes time to learn a language, but you will get to understand little by little with keep watching and building vocabulary.
Today's point
1. Let's learn how to call people!
TANTEI : Consulting Detective, Operative. ex. TANTEI Mori Kogoro
*note MEI TANTEI : MEI means famous.
ANTA : You for 1 person in not polite and friendly. using to unknown person.
KIMI : You for a man, 1 person. Usually man use for younger or low position person.
OMAE : You for 1 person in not polite way
ANATA TACHI : You, more than 1 person
ANATA GATA :You, more than 1 person a little bit polite more than "ANATA TACHI"
AITSURA : You, more than 1 person in not polite way
OMAE TACHI : You, more than 1 person. Usually man use to younger or low position person.
OMAE RA : You, more than 1 person. Usually man use to younger or low position person.
MINA SAN : You more than 1 person in polite way.
KARE : He
KARE NO : His
AITSU : He or She in not polite way. using lots for unknown or dislike person.
OJI SAN: Uncle or call to older man.
*note SAN is Mr. or Ms. ex Kawashima-SAN, Kangofu-SAN
O CCHAN : Uncle or old man call by casual way
DONO : Mr. for traditional formal way
KUN : bob, Hon, use for boys ex. Conan KUN
NEE CHAN: Older sister.
WATASHI : I
WATASHI NO : My
WASHI : I, used by traditional man style way
ORE :I used by man
BOKU : I used by young boy
ATASHI : I used by woman
WATASHI TACHI : We
WARE WARE: We, used by traditional men style way
ORE TACHI : We, used by men
BOKU TACHI : We, used by young boy
KANGOFU : Nurse
CHI CHI : Father, very polite, usually tell to other people about father. not call to father.
OTO SAN: Father, men, women both use normally way
TOU SAN : Father, men use friendly way
OYAJI : Father, usually used by men casual way.
KEIJI : Detective officer. *note KEIJI is police, TANTEI is not.
KEIBU: Detective officer who is high position.
2. Let's learin how to call or say in the conversation!
HAI : Usually "Yes", Hello in a phone call ex. HAI, Mori TANTEI Jimusho
*note MOSHIMOSHI : Hello in a phone call
OI : Oi, Hey!, Hello! *note this is casual
ANO : Hey!, Hello! *note more polite than OI
AH : Ah
HEE : Aha, really?
NEE : hi, bob, Hon, well, calling somebody. or ask agreement like "Isn't it" *note: usually women use in first or end of conversation.
